The program for the rehabilitation of children with hearing disabilities and after cochlear implantation "I hear the world!" Has been implemented since 2008. Today in Russia - over 13 million people have hearing impairments, of which more than 1 million are children. The only salvation for children with congenital deafness is cochlear implantation and subsequent effective rehabilitation. For these purposes throughout the country parents of children with hearing impairments create public associations, only in Moscow and Petersburg - there are several of them. However, only "I hear the world!" Is distinguished by unusual activity in the public field, the desire to act on the scale of the country, to help and achieve real goals. The program unites all parents whose children have undergone CI - now in our country about four thousand small patients with implants.
